Amistad Lake Walks

We found several social paths to the water’s edge. One such trail led right off our campsite (#5). The path led to a cement walkway which has been installed for fisherman, and perhaps swimmers, at a time of much higher water. It was a pleasant place to sit.

from the picnic area of the campground are several peninsulas extending into the water. We walked out onto two of them to sit and enjoy another view.
