Twelve Mile Well
We walked a bit out in the desert today. We wanted to check out Twelve Mile Well. The facility consists of an old windmill, probably not used any longer; a solar panel; a water storage tank; and an open watering hole surrounded by a metal corral. Small animals would be able to go under the fencing and deer, and perhaps sheep, would be able to go over to access the water.
As we wandered we once again saw a black tailed jackrabbit — perhaps the same one. Not much obvious life out here.
David grilled our dinner and we had a fabulous Arizona sunset.
