Sidney NE to Atlantic IA

Another long drive from Walmart to Walmart. Not much to report about the first part of the trip. As seen from I-80 Nebraska is mostly fields of hay, corn, and some soy beans. Nice to see lots of green.

However, East of Omaha we crossed the Missouri into Iowa and the terrain became much more rolling hills. We left the interstate and drove south through beautifully terraced fields to Atlantic IA. What a beautiful drive and lovely town. Once again there were lots of semis already parked here for the night, but we found a quiet place in the back and settled down for the night. The temperatures which had been in the upper 80s all day began to drop so we had a comfortable night.
