Hopkins Beach

Today was a beach day.  The beach here is absolutely beautiful.  Coconut palms provide shade right to the water and Seagulls cottages provides a shelter with hammocks and Adirondak style chairs to relax in.  The grandkids found plenty of others to play with. It was just a relaxing day. There were several trips to the grocery, which is almost next door, but no one worked hard. The only person who worked was Steven who grilled our dinner of potatoes, onions, and eggplant which we had with ham and coconut rice with pineapple and beans.  A lovely vacation day.
